Trying to operating a productive environment to avoid all risk and all mistakes is safe, but that is not what you are made for.

It is how you respond to mistakes and risk that determines success.

In my consulting and training you will never hear me say that you can eliminate errors, mistakes, oversights, or risk. The goal in business and in your life should be to minimize risk and effectively manage and resolve those issues that “will” occur.
