Good morning. Just wanted to let you know how everything turned out. Maybe you can use it as a success story.

I sent the wrap rate determination letter you produced to my JV partner requesting concurrence for an increase in the wrap rate of what each parent company can charge the JV for direct labor.

I requested an increase from the current 1.86 to 1.95 effective January 1, 2015. I noted it is still well below our real wrap rate as conservatively evaluated by an independent third party (PGBC, Inc.).

My JV partner agreed without comment. Doesn’t get any better than that! Thanks much.
